PolyReducer does not collect, store or share any personal data. The models you open are processed on your Mac and are never uploaded anywhere.

PolyReducer is published by Werneman Creative AB, 559349-4957, Mariagatan 4b, Sundbyberg. You can reach us at contact@polyreducer.com.
What the app does with your files
PolyReducer reads the files you open or drop on it, and writes files only where you choose to save them. All processing happens locally. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it sends no data to us or to third parties.
Purchases
The in-app purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple tells the app only which export packs have been purchased. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data stored on your Mac
To keep track of your exports, PolyReducer stores your export balance and the IDs of your purchases in your Mac's Keychain. We cannot read it, and it contains no personal information.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in macOS settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. You can turn this off in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Children
PolyReducer does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when the matter is resolved. You may complain to your data protection authority; in Sweden that is IMY.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

Vad appen gör med dina filer
PolyReducer läser filerna du öppnar eller drar in, och skriver bara filer där du själv väljer att spara dem. All bearbetning sker lokalt. Appen har inga konton, ingen analys, ingen reklam och ingen spårning, och skickar ingen data till oss eller till tredje part.
Köp
Köpet i appen hanteras helt av Apple via App Store. Vi får inte ditt namn, din e-postadress eller dina betalningsuppgifter. Apple meddelar bara appen vilka exportpaket som har köpts. Hur Apple hanterar dina uppgifter beskrivs i Apples integritetspolicy.
Data som sparas på din Mac
För att hålla reda på dina exporter sparar PolyReducer ditt saldo och id-numren för dina köp i din Macs nyckelring. Vi kan inte läsa den, och den innehåller inga personuppgifter.
Kraschrapporter
Om du har valt att dela analysdata med apputvecklare i macOS kan Apple skicka anonyma kraschrapporter till oss. Du stänger av det i Systeminställningar → Integritet och säkerhet → Analys och förbättringar.
Dina rättigheter
Eftersom vi inte har några personuppgifter om dig finns det inget att lämna ut, rätta eller radera. Om du mejlar oss använder vi meddelandet bara för att svara och raderar det när ärendet är klart. Du kan klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
